We are QualityPro certified, and in order to attain this achievement, each and every one of our employees has met rigorous standards. All of our Commercial Service Specialists, Operations Managers, and Account Executives have attained additional certifications within QualityPro including schools, food safety and GreenPro. QualityPro companies are environmentally responsible and committed to providing consumers with the highest quality of service. Only 3% of pest control companies nationwide are QualityPro certified. Batzner is one of them.

Associate Certified Entomologists

In addition to our team of knowledgeable Service Specialists and Master Technicians, Batzner’s team of on-staff Associate Certified Entomologists (ACE) gives us added expertise to solve difficult cases when other service providers are not able to find a solution. The Associate Certified Entomologist certification can be attained by those with training and professional field experience in structural pest management.

Master Technicians

The Master Tech Program certification is jointly provided by WPCA in cooperation with the Insect Diagnostic Lab at UW-Madison, and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. This certification recognizes those with at least three years of field experience and have passed the Master Tech exam.

In-house Training

Our Service Specialists, Residential Service Consultants, and Account Executive receive continuous training to ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest treatment options and industry trends. To stay informed, employees go through monthly training sessions and are also provided with online training, including videos and webinars.

LEED Certified

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design and is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement. Pest control is one of the many requirements needed to attain this certification.
