Always very informed and helpful! He did a fantastic job! He called beforehand and explained what specific kind of spray he was using and informed me on some things i wasn't aware of, which was wonderfully helpful! Absolutely would recommend!Update a year later. Even now a year later I call with any issues and they are here within a couple of days. It's always been very fast and very friendly service with very easygoing people. 100% would recommend!

Review 3/11/2026:Jason was our Technician today. He left a voicemail the night before giving us a reminder and a heads up on a rough time estimate of when he would be there. The morning of, he sent a text to let me know he was on the way. He looked over our basement for pests and sprayed. He chatted with my husband before and after he worked and answered any questions my husband had. Jason was polite, professional and friendly. We are very happy with the service he provided. Thank you!Updated Review as of 7/7/2025:Today our technician, Jason, came to spray for a springtail mini invasion that we have been dealing with. Our service window was from 8-12pm. He came around 9am. He called and introduced who he was and that he was on his way over. He took the time to listen to my concerns and I showed him where I have been seeing the spring tails. He explained why they were coming in, due to the wet and muggy weather we have had. He sprayed inside and then did a spray of the external perimeter too. He was polite, friendly and did a great job!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Old Review From Many Years Ago:We have been a regular residential customer of Batzner's for 6+ years. On 9/21 we had a scheduled appointment for a Technician to come by and spray the exterior portion of our house. The Technician never arrived and no one called to say no service would be done. I called on 9/21 and 9/22. Both times I spoke to a person and they said my message would be routed to the appropriate department to call. I never received a call back. Why am I paying a monthly fee for nothing and getting poor customer service? On top of that, the monthly fee was increased and they reduced it from a quarterly service visit to just 3 times per year instead.

Nice quick supportive service with Ian whom is so friendly and informative. He has really helped me find all the root causes of the pest issues I have been having. We have made major ground on significant reducing my issues and works strongly toward eliminating 90% successfully. He has spotted things I have missed. He is a great assist to the company.

Communication is great. I received an email well before my service was scheduled to renew. I received reminders of my upcoming service as well. The indoor service was explained to me by John, the technician. He was telling me about the free home inspection I can schedule with my service. He placed bait boxes as well. I had Batzner last year and was very happy that I did not see bugs.

The technician from Terminix-Batzner (Brian) came to the church that I am Junior Warden for. He explained how he controls mice and the philosophy for trap placement and baiting. We then walked around the building structures and checked traps. We had a great discussion and I now have realistic expectations as for controlling mice.

They did a great job when we needed mice to be removed, cleaned, and replaced insulation. As well as fixing an opening from the exterior of our house that they were getting into. Their scheduling team is where they have major problems. They do not communicate when you need them to come to your house outside the already set quarterly schedule. My husband had to go back and forth with phone calls regarding scheduling to get our exterior fixed. We’ve had them schedule for a worker to come out without telling us date and time. They have also put dates and times on their books incorrectly that once they did not show up and another time they came on the wrong day. We rescheduled our quarterly for an afternoon and we got notification that they will be arriving in the morning. They need a better system and proper training for how they can properly schedule and communicate with their customers. This has happened more than 5 times now. They do a wonderful job with handling pests and has been consistent with handling this. The administration side of things needs to be improved. If customers have issues with scheduling I can only imagine the confusion and frustration the on site workers have
